Scrum Master Change Story

​

My company transitioned to Agile more than two years ago. I led several teams through the transition very successfully. However, other divisions were struggling with the change, the new process and their business partners.

 

Last month, I was assigned to one of the most resistant groups who have had nothing but bad experiences with Agile. My new team has smart, experienced people who feel that they have been left behind. My positive "go get-em" disposition is viewed as naive.

 

I could really use some help in changing some hearts and minds around here or it will continue to be a long and painful road ahead.
